Materials and Construction

Case Structure

• Traditional face frame construction using select birch. Face frame are solid 3/4" thick with 1 11/2" stiles and rails. Mortise and tenon joints.
  
• Sides are oak grain 1/2" plywood. The interior features a clear-coat finish and exterior is veneered to match the door.
• Shelves are 3/4" thick oak veneered plywood sealed with a clear-coat, adjustable and front edge banded.
• For ease of installation, backs are framed with a 3/8" plywood hanging rail. Base cabinet backs extend to the floor providing optional structural stability.

Drawers

• One piece solid slab drawer face
  
• 3/4" thick plywood, stapled and clear-coated.
• epoxy coated full extensive side mound glides..
  

Doors

• Wall cabinet cathedral raised center panel.
• Premium full half-over-lay door styles. Butt doors on all sizes up to 42". Mortise and tenon.
• ​Half overlay solid oak applied molding door with 2 1/4" stiles and rails.

Hinges

• 6-way adjustable in chrome finish.
  

Roll-out Trays

• Optional roll-out tray all wood dovetail construction.

​Finish

Valspar standard formulations are used. Catalyzed conversion varnish top coat with UV protection is applied to doors, drawers and face frames.
